RoofingIKO ULTRA MACH TWO Capsheet
IKO ULTRA MACH TWO (was IKO Mach Two) membranes are comprised of a polyester glass-fibre composite reinforcement with exceptional mechanical strength and stability. The upper surface finish reinforcement is surfaced with green, black or brown mineral granules and has a fleece finish to the underside. It is a bituminous single-ply waterproofing membrane for use as either a partially bonded system using a specified IKO polyurethane adhesive, or as a mechanically-fastened system. The membrane may be used on either insulated or uninsulated roofs in conjunction with the other IKO Systems products.

IKO Pavestar T (+30%)
The formulation of IKO Pavestar T is similar to that of IKO Pavestar B (Basic Grade), but with the addition of Trinidad Lake asphalt. This gives the product enhanced laying qualities and greater thermal stability. The inclusion of 30% coarse aggregate content provides the required characteristics to accept additional loadings from cars etc.

IKO ULTRA STICK (was IKO Safestick) high performance self-adhesive bituminous roofing system has been developed specifically for the professional installer and for use where traditional hot application techniques are inappropriate or prohibited by client requirement. The combination of high tensile polyester bases and SBS elastomeric bitumen coatings, ensures all the tried and trusted benefits of a high performance multi-layer built-up system are achieved with a totally fire safe application technique.
IKO ULTRA STICK has been tested under ENV1187 and has been classified as BROOF(t4) in accordance with BS EN 13501-5: 2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements – classification using data from external fire exposure to roof tests. This is made possible with the use of IKO Prevent Graphite Fire Wall Technology with self-extinguishing properties.

The lower surface has a thermofusible film which rapidly melts during the torching operation.

IKO ULTRA S-A Air & Vapour Control Layer (was IKO Systems) is composed of a thick, impervious aluminium core, reinforced with a tough, polyester base and coated with a polymer modified bitumen. This coating is protected on the underside with a release film backing and the top surface has a fine mineral finish. A selvedge of 100mm width, protected by a release film provides a quick means of completing side laps.
